3. Ordering and Payment

  • We accept both Cash on Delivery (COD) and prepaid payment methods.
  • For prepaid orders, payment must be made at the time of purchase.
  • All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
  • We are not responsible if the customer overpays to the courier person without observing the COD amount on the bill.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery timeframes are typically 5-7 working days within India.
  • Shipping charges may vary based on location and product weight.
  • In case of Prepaid Orders – if customer is unavailable or delivery could not be made successfully by our courier partners, refunds will be issued to in-store wallet after deducting shipping fees.

5. Cancellation Policy

  • NO cancellations accepted for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders under any circumstances
  • For prepaid orders: Cancellation is only allowed BEFORE order confirmation
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellation requests will NOT be entertained
  • All confirmed orders must be accepted by the customer
  • Refusal to accept delivery may result in account suspension
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, stock issues, or suspected fraud

6. Replacement Policy

6.1 Replacement Timeframe

  • We offer a strict 24-hour replacement window from the time of delivery
  • Replacement requests must be initiated within 24 hours of receiving your product
  • No exceptions will be made for requests after the 24-hour window

6.2 Mandatory Requirements for Replacement

  • Unboxing video is MANDATORY for ALL replacement requests
  • Video must clearly show:
  • Package condition before opening
  • Complete unboxing process
  • Product defect or damage (if applicable)
  • All original packaging materials and inserts

6.3 Valid Replacement Cases

Replacements will ONLY be considered for:

  • Incorrect item delivery (verified through unboxing video)
  • Product damage or defects present at delivery (verified through unboxing video)

6.4 Non-Eligible Cases

Replacements will NOT be considered for:

  • Size concerns or personal preferences
  • Items altered, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Products without complete original packaging
  • Missing product inserts or documentation
  • Products not in their original condition
  • Washed or cleaned items
  • NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR SIZE ISSUE OR QUALITY OR PERSONAL PREFERENCES

6.5 Replacement Process

  • All replacement requests undergo thorough inspection
  • Inspection includes review of unboxing video and product images
  • Our quality team’s decision regarding replacements is final and binding
  • Approved replacements will be processed after verification

  • Approved replacements/returns will only be given credit in your in-store wallet
  • Store credit can be used as a discount code or gift card for future purchases
  • No refunds will be issued to UPI IDs or Bank accounts
  • For prepaid orders with failed delivery, refunds will be issued as store credit after deducting shipping fees
